Officer D Pollard completed Instructor Development Course at the Huntington County Sheriff’s Department. The course was taught by the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. This specialized training will equip Officer Pollard with the necessary expertise to serve as an instructor at the Chesterfield Police Department. Through this program, Officer Pollard is acquiring essential skills in designing and implementing training programs, enabling our officers to continually enhance their knowledge and skills in order to better serve our beloved community.
