Be sure to join the Town of Chesterfield on July 3rd at dark (approximately 10:00 PM) for our annual tradition of Fireworks at the Anderson Airport.
Before the fireworks, the City of Anderson Government is hosting their annual Air Show. The gates open at 12:00 PM with helicopter rides, and static displays and at 7:00 PM, the acrobatic airshow takes flight.
Food trucks, Music, and Family Fun is on order for July 3rd.
On the 4th of July at 12:00 PM, the annual 4th of July Parade will kick off down Main Street from the west side of town to the east side. Bands, Floats, Clowns, Emergency Vehicles and much more will thrill and entertain children of all ages and their families. People start claiming their spot along Main Street early morning hours on the 4th, so do not be late, you will want to get the best seating possible.
Following the parade, the Town of Chesterfield will have their 4th of July festival at the park directly behind Millcreek Civic Center. The festival is always a big hit with carnival fun including rides, bounce houses, and more.
